Clinical Conversations: EFIT and Trauma (October 02, 2026)

Join us this October for a Clinical Conversation exploring Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and trauma. Clinical Conversations blend the learning of a workshop with the collaborative feel of a consultation group, creating space to explore EFT concepts while connecting them directly to our clinical work.

Together, we’ll discuss how an attachment-based, experiential EFIT lens can help us understand and work with the impact of trauma, including emotional processing, protective strategies, and the creation of corrective emotional experiences. Participants are encouraged to bring questions, clinical reflections, and cases to help ground the conversation in real-world practice.

Clinical Conversations are a membership benefit of the Pittsburgh EFT Community and are open to clinicians at all levels of EFT experience.
